Camden Briggs

Camden is an orchestral percussionist currently studying at the University of Georgia. He is currently the Principal Timpanist of the UGA Symphony Orchestra and the UGA Wind Ensemble and is a member of the UGA Percussion Ensemble.

Camden has performed with the Emory Youth Symphony Orchestra and was the Principal Percussionist of the Atlanta Youth Wind Symphony. He was also a member of the Georgia Governor’s Honors Program in 2021. He is a finalist of GMEA All-State and the Juilliard Summer Percussion Seminar.

His teachers and mentors include Kim Lloyd, Alex Shive, Bryan Wysocki, Mike Glaze, Scott Pollard, Michael Stubbart, Mark Yancich, Kimberly Toscano Adams, and Tim Adams.
